 Inspect your order thoroughly. Items are in brand new factory sealed packages at the time of shipping; if any item is received in less than perfect condition or missing pieces please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item via email. Note: Return credit will not be granted if returned items appear to have been installed, used, or damaged. Contact Us

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Weights are estimated and depend on the size of the item and the dimensions of the package. UPS charges for both weight and dimension.

3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping does not ensure that the product will reach you in that amount of time. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped. The time frame that pertains to the selected shipping method only applies once the order has been shipped.

We are not able to give particular delivery instructions to UPS such as time of delivery or placement of packages.

UPS only delivers orders Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm.(Until 9 during the holiday season)

Orders that are received between the hours of 8am-4pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be processed that day Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on the Saturday closed on Sunday's will be placed on the next business day. If an Item is out of stock it will be ordered which may take an additional 5-7 days before it is shipped to you. Hence, next day shipping does not guarantee that the order will arrive the very next day.

State Sales Tax: 6.25% State Sales Tax currently only applies to Massachussetts residents.

Errors on our website: Despite our best efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
