Note: Please thoroughly INSPECT all items at of time delivery. If an items appears to have damage to it’s packaging. Please note this with delivery person and contact us immediately. 866-660-1101 Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement or refund. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide us with the following information: Name, order number, part number and refund or replacement. Please also describe the issue with the item in question. At this time a CALL TAG will be issued with the original shipper to pick up your return. The replacement item will be shipped out when the damaged or defective items are received here and cannot be shipped until then. The replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping priority selected for the original order. New returns must be returned to us in NEW condition, this includes the package. Items must be clean, uninstalled and all attaching hardware, packaging, protective wrapping and packing must be properly in place and secured. Failing to properly package and pack an item may result in damage to the item during shipping. We cannot refund for items that are damaged during shipping. Electrical items are NOT returnable. All new return requests must be made to us within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER so that we will be able to identify the package and issue your credit. To get an authorization number please contact us via email and we will issue one. Items returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused. The credit amount reflects the purchase price of the item, shipping charges are not refundable. Any special order items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A special order is considered to be any item that is not normally in stock, it was special ordered. Note: When returning an item please use a shipping label. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING.
